Dark and Steel

I have always been confused why Dark and Steel had different colors between this template and Template:PokéBox. I mean, PokeBox's coding uses {{Dark}}|{{dark}}=A2958D|{{Steel}}|{{steel}}=E6E6EE for the border and {{Dark}}|{{dark}}=504F4F|{{Steel}}|{{steel}}=352E27 as the background color, which in turn would result in:

  • Dark-A2958D; Steel-E6E6EE border colors
  • Dark-504F4F; Steel-352E27 background colors

As opposed to Template:Type's colors:

which are the reverse colors of PokeBox.

One or the other, Template:Type or PokeBox, are using the incorrect colors. If I may say, PokeBox is using the correct colors, if you were to take the colors from Type Dark.gif and Type Steel.gif. Though what I really came here to point out is that both templates and all the other templates using type-colors should be consistent in using the same colors.
But that's just my opinion. :P --Bermuda 01:30, 24 August 2012 (UTC)

I... actually never noticed the inconsistency between the dark type icon and the type template. I'd rather consistency with the type gifs. Although, I would prefer the text color in steel to be black rather than white, for greater visibility. Chaos 02:21, 24 August 2012 (UTC)
Just changed them around and hopefully everything is in order now. Jazzi (talk) 14:27, 24 August 2012 (UTC)
