Spinda is a Normal-type Pokémon introduced in Generation III. Spinda is a panda-like Pokemon that always seems to be dizzy. It is covered in red spots which form a pattern that is essentially unique to each Spinda. Supposedly, there are over 4 billion spot combinations.
