Silver is a baby Lugia that was obtained and befriended by Oliver. It appeared in episodes JE104-JE106. Dr. Namba, an associate and scientist working with Team Rocket, devised a plan to send Butch and Cassidy to capture Silver, but Ash and his friends quickly foiled their plan and rescued the baby Lugia.
