Choroneko is a Dark-type Pokémon introduced in Generation V. It will appear in Pokemon Black and White games. Its classification is the Ill-Natured Pokémon. It somewhat resembles the Pokemon Glameow.

"It steals peoples’ things while playing with them. The person stolen from usually forgives Choroneko because of its cute actions".

Appearance

Choroneko is a primarily purple-colored, feline Pokémon. Its head is large proportional to its body, and tufted at its ears and cheeks. Long, tapered violet markings above its green, feline eyes extend towards its ears. Tapered whitish markings above its eyes resemble eyebrows, and its muzzle, sporting a diminutive nose, is of similar coloration. Its neck, shoulders, back and hind paws are also whitish-colored. The lower portion of its forelimbs are purple, and the tip of its tail sports a curved, vaguely scythe-like extension.

• Choroneko was shown on September 6th 2010 in a trailer for the Pokemon BW Special due for airing September 16th. It was officially revealed on the October issue of Coro Coro on September 11, 2010.
• The last part of it's name, neko, is fitting because neko is the Japanese word for cat.
• Choroneko is the 7th cat/kitten pokemon after Glameow and Purugly.
• Choroneko has the ability Limber like the other cat pokemon Persian and Glameow.
• Choroneko is the only Dark type cat/kitten pokemon.
