Changes: Psych Up

Psych Up (じこあんじ Self-suggest) is a Normal-type move introduced in Generation II. Psych Up does not cause any damage to the opponent, but it does copy the negative and positive Statistic changes. Statistics such as Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, Speed, Accuracy and Evasion are copied and used on the Pokémon using the move.

Effect

The effect of Psych Up allows to Pokémon using the move to copy the statistics from the opposing Pokémon.

T/D S	Copies any boosts and reductions to the target's Attack, Special Attack, Defense, Special Defense, and Movement Speed to the user's own stats.
X/Y	The user hypnotizes itself into copying any stat changes made by the target.
