Plot

After Defeating Blaine and earning his 7th Badge Ash Ketchum and friends arrive at a beach covered in Wartortle and Squirtle shells, on inspecting them futher the discover that the Famous Jigglypuff has gotten Stuck in Blastoise's cannon and can't escape and singing putting all the Squirtle and Wartortle to sleep.
