Flamethrower is a powerful move learned by various Fire-type Pokemon. It does not use sound, and has a 9.8% chance of Burning the opponent. It is super-affective against Bug, Grass, Ice, and Steel. Flamethrower is the Fire-type equivalent to the moves Thunderbolt and Ice Beam.
