Flame Wheel is a move where the user cloaks itself in fire and attacks the foe in a wheel like formation. It is useful for getting out of the Frozen status. It may also burn the foe. It has a power of 60 and an accuracy of 100. Its a physical based attack so Pokémon such as Infernape can use it correctly.
