Dottler

Dottler (Japanese: レドームシ Redōmushi) is a dual-type Bug/Psychic-type Pokémon introduced in the Generation VIII games, Pokémon Sword and Shield. It evolves from Blipbug at level 10 and into Orbeetle at level 30.

Dottler did not appear during the Generation I - VII games.
Sword
It barely moves, but it's still alive. Hiding in its shell without food or water seems to have awakened its psychic powers.
Shield
As it grows inside its shell, it uses its psychic abilities to monitor the outside world and prepare for evolution.
