Confide (Japanese: ないしょばなし Secret Talk) is a Normal-type move introduced in the Generation VI games, Pokémon X and Y. It is also known as TM100.

In battle[]

Confide lowers the Special Attack of the targeted Pokémon by one stage. It is unaffected by moves that lower accuracy or boost evasion. It will ignore moves such as Protect, Detect, and Spiky Shield, but will be blocked by Crafty Shield. This move is also not affected by Pokémon with the Soundproof ability.

Outside of battle[]

Confide has no affect outside of battle.

X/Y The user tells the target a secret, and the target loses its ability to concentrate. This lowers the target's Sp. Atk. stat.
