Ben from Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs
Ben is the male character from Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs. He will travel with you throughout the storyline if you choose Summer as your character, and his partner is a Staraptor. If you choose to be Ben in Guardian Signs, you will obtain Latios's sign. Ben is the counterpart of the female player Summer.
Ben has appeared twice in the anime, the first time was online. Pokémon.com website had two four minute episodes where Ben fought against the Pokémon Pinchers. Ben temporarily caught a Staraptor, a Cranidos and gained Ukulele Pichu as a partner.
The second time he appeared in the anime, Ash, Brock and Dawn helped Ben rescue a Heatran.
