Arashi is the Johto's Radio Tower's manager. He is heavy-set and very loud. He loves to work at the radio tower and claims that he would do so until he was forced to be unable to. He was very happy to see Ash and wanted to interview him because Arashi considered Ash to be a very skilled trainer.
